<li>Single Reminder: Schedule an email reminder with a custom message at a specific date and time for clients to complete their assessments.</li>
<li>Recurring Reminder: Set up recurring notifications, suitable for ongoing sessions such as weekly group therapy, including a personalized message option.</li>
<li>Direct Access Link: Share a one-click link via text or chat to allow immediate survey access without login complications.</li>

MyOutcomes embraces a trans-theoretical, transcultural approach.

With over a decade of international trust, originating as the web-based Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), the mobile application now provides interfaces in several major languages for both providers and clients.

An added feature allows personalization through a custom message field, enhancing communication—particularly for users whose interface language is Spanish, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or German. This enables clinicians to include personalized notes or default messages when introducing measures to clients or patients.

Clients can complete assessments such as the ORS, SRS, or others in English, Spanish, French, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, German, Italian, or Chinese.
